At Tamalaki, each piece is made with intention tailored in small, exclusive batches to honour slow fashion, high quality, and conscious production.
For that reason, we kindly offer limited returns within Kenya only, under clear and fair conditions.
Returns Within Kenya
We accept returns within Kenya, under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags.
Return shipping is fully paid by the customer Tamalaki does not cover courier costs for returns.
If accepted, we offer:
- An exchange for another item, or
- A store credit voucher valid for 2 weeks.
We do not offer refunds.
Send returns via Wells Fargo or G4S and provide a tracking number upon dispatch.
🌍 International Orders – Final Sale
All international sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time due to:
- International customs and logistics barriers
- High risk of return delays and lost parcels
- Our ethical model of limited production per design
We encourage our global customers to read sizing and product details carefully before purchase and reach out to us for fit advice if needed.
What Cannot Be Returned:
-Items returned without approval
-Items sent after the 48-hour window
-Items worn, washed, stained, or damaged
-Discounted or sale items
